A vintage wooden and cardboard confectionery box, used in a sweet shop.
 
The chocolate cigars would have been delivered and subsequently displayed in this box until sold. The box would then have been thrown away. At best it would have been reused for something else and had a lot of wear. This one has lasted well and is in really nice condition. 
 
It is a lovely display piece for the kitchen or just on a shelf, perhaps amongst a collection.
 
Measurments: 22 x 9.5 x 7.5cm high.
