It has been rewired with an in-line switch to turn on and off and runs on LED lighting.
 
Could be wall hung but would need to be near a socket to plug in.
 
Measurements: 46cm high x 47cm wide x 10cm deep
 
The frame is strong plastic and is finished to look like rusty metal.
