Unusual and fabulous authentic French onion pickers baskets. 
Each one has initials D and S on the front and the back. These would have been used on the farm for collecting onions in. 
They’re a very sweet size and shape and really useful in the home. Great for fruit in the kitchen or toiletries in the bathroom, and nice and neat to take to the shop for a couple of things. 
They have both been well used and show signs of historic woodworm, nevertheless they are still very usable and really decorative. 
On basket #1 the D is a little worn, however the S is still clear.
