This is most definitely a one off piece of French folk art! 
Somebody’s little bird has lived a life of luxury in its little apartment with a huge balcony! 
It can be hung on the wall or placed freestanding on a table. A truly unique piece. 
There’s a slight loss to the roof, which is due to weathering. This would look great amongst plants indoors or in the garden.
