A fabulous piece of french vintage advertising. 
Made from plaster and hand painted this very dapper gentleman is most likely from a gentleman’s clothing shop, from the 1940’s/50’s. 
He has suffered some losses, however he isn’t looking too bad to say he is around 70 years old
A great decorative piece especially in a retail situation.
