This gorgeous folk art wooden bus, made my heart sing when I saw it. 
Not only because it evokes memories of when my boys were little, but the colours are just divine. 
Circa 1940’s its original colours were very similar to the livery of the buses of Southend on Sea at the time. 
I would say purely decorative now, would look fabulous on a shelf in a nursery or an office or on the shelf in the kitchen, anywhere really.
It does have losses on one side mainly however, they don’t jump out at you and detract from its loveliness !
