A fabulous rare vintage rustic crate that has had a handle added later to make it into useful trug. 
The label is original, advertising Lively Polly a soap to wash your clothes in. 
Interestingly it gave its name to a landmark in Preston for many years. Which was known as Lively Polly corner! Due to a large hoarding that stood on the corner advertising Lively Polly dry soap. 
This would be a great addition to the kitchen or utility room to put your cleaning products in and carry them around the house as you need them or just to stand on the side to hold bottles and cloths.
