These candle sticks are absolutely stunning, French ecclesiastical. 
An unusual shape and size for ecclesiastical candle sticks. Commonly tall, these are more squat and tripod shaped. 
They have beautiful long prickets, however these are removable (unscrew), so a church candle sits nicely on there without having to drill through it! 
These would look glorious on a mantle piece or shelf.
