This huge unique French dough bowl has been used and loved for a very long time. 
Carved from one piece of wood, it has been used in a French farmhouse for proving dough for many years. 
It is a fantastic example of sustainability, this is evident in the mends made each time it cracked, as wood is prone to doing under certain conditions. Once repaired, it got to live again. 
It still has a life, it is still a solid, heavy chunky bowl,  that thanks to it long, hard working life is now a natural work of art. 
A stunning rustic piece to stand on a table to drop the keys in (it will hold a lot of keys), fill with coral or even the fruit! Alternatively stood empty showing all its beauty and character.
