This is a really nice Victorian table with two good sized drawers.
The paint is original and the top has been taken back to the wood.
 
Furniture was very often painted or produced black after the death of Prince Albert.
 
Our table came from a Leicestershire village pub 40 years ago where it had been since new and then remained in the same family until recently.
 
The drawers have lovely dovetail joints and are nice and clean. It would make a lovely desk or dressing table or look stunning in a hallway.
