A rare antique haberdashery shirt stand with a heavy ceramic base. 
Dating from around 1910 made in Birmingham by Harris & Sheldon. The company names are featured on the turn keys used to adjust the height and angle. 
These make excellent easels for a painting, book or music. 
There are a couple of small nibbles on the base.
