A very rare and magnificent find! 
These glorious portraits are painted in oils and most unusually painted on glass. They’re not reverse painted the portraits are painted on top of the glass and then backed with paper on the reverse of each of the glass panels. 
Amazing survivors of the past 200 years and very nice too!
