Mid century French painted 3 tier vegetable rack. Showing some sign of age (although clean and nothing to harm your fruit/veg) and the castors are a little stiff, however still a lovely decorative and utilitarian piece of kitchen decor. 
It could even be used in the bathroom for towels and sponges, etc.
