This vintage Russian stool will have been used in a factory or similar industry.
 
It is heavy and robust and the height can be adjusted by turning the seat. It has had a slight refurb by replacing a broken seat. This was done sympathetically using a vintage stool seat. The legs are a grey colour and are chipped and worn, giving it all its character and charm.
 
It is obviously a great stool or alternatively a side table beside the bed or armchair or as a plant stand.
