This fabulous survivor from the 1800’s was produced in the area of Saint Orange in Provence. 
It has been well used and shows signs of that use, including how important it was in the household as it has been stapled to lengthen its lifespan. 
We absolutely love this piece and its history. A rare and unique antique.
