A fabulous original mill basket, with original typography, just the right size to use for the laundry.
 
This would have been used to carry work or cloth around the mill from one workstation to the next for the next process.
 
It has had a hard working life and shows signs of that as you would expect, it has some historical wood worm, which has long gone.
 
A glorious addition to the vintage home with so many uses, would be great at the side of a chair with magazines and books in.
