Very unusual French display form
Formed in the shape of a ladies torso to use for displaying tops and accessories. These would have hung on the haberdashery/clothes shop wall to show their garments. 
Manufactured by Seigel the company renowned for the fabulous French dress mannequins. Circa 1960’s
Great in a dressing room or bedroom, to hang a pretty top on, or scarves and necklaces, alternatively clip photos and memorabilia to it as an unusual display board. 
I have 2 of these, the price is per mannequin.
