A fabulous and rare French ecclesiastical, locking offertory box. 
Bearing the words “Pour L’eglise” which translates to For the Church. 
This beauty was hand made and fixed to the wall with two big screws straight through the back and the middle of the cross! 
The original lock, unusually still has the key and is in good working order. 
Can be wall hung or used freestanding. Would be a great place to keep your keys in the hall and a very interesting conversation piece. Alternatively a fab swear box.
