A lovely vintage survivor. 
Made of strong cardboard, this rack would have been in a retail environment as an advertising piece, used for paperwork. It has a useful hook at the bottom, which has surprisingly also survived. 
Advertising an alcoholic drink called Byrrh which was an aromatic drink a mixture of red wine, mistelle and quinine. Trade marked in 1873 and was a popular french aperitif.
