A fabulous French toleware bunker lamp dating from the early 1900’s. 
It has four glass sides, one being a door with a little weighted latch to open and replace/light the candle. The candle plate can be removed by sliding it out, then a larger church candle can be used  
The smoke and heat escape from the top and there is a carrying handle. 
A fabulous little antique bunker lantern, in glorious condition for its age, that will be great in the garden on a summers evening.
