A fantastically decorative massive stone flagon with a salt glaze. It has a wonderful wide neck which makes it really useful for displaying flowers or the like. Alternatively it would be a great place to put the umbrellas!
Covered with wicker and having strong handles, it was used in industry and needed to be moved around easily. 
The basket bears the number 10 and a number 4 is stamped into the top of the jar. 
The basket has a little age/use related damage, on the back at the base, however this is not detrimental to its use and look. 
Measurements: 30 x 46cm high.
