Early 20th Century Working Folk Art Silhouette Decoy Geese
These early 20th century silhouette decoy geese are very decorative.
Each one has a removable stand with the original grass spike for use outside or to make them stand independently indoors.
Also known as stake out geese. These are made of wood and hand painted, each one being unique. One has an articulated neck, so can be posed feeding with its head down, the other is stood upright. The folding neck and removable stands, would also have made it easier for transportation.
A great conversation piece and very decorative especially in a country inspired interior. You could even put them to their original use, should you so wish.
They are in original condition with age related wear and marks, as you would expect for a working decoy!
Measurements:
Goose with articulated neck is 64cm high with head up.
Goose stood upright is 53cm high, both measurements are including the stand.

Price is per decoy.
