These are a wonderful piece of architectural history. 
They are wooden daggerboards from a canopy at Liverpool Street Station. Still sporting their original patina, they’re not only a piece of history, but extremely decorative. 
As well as daggerboards they are sometimes known as dags or valance boards and help to channel water away from the canopy, so protecting the passengers from the elements.
