This is a gorgeous antique transfer ware jug, celebrating the birth of Emily Troll on the 11th January 1863.

I was attracted to this fabulous little piece because she was born 101 years and 1 day before me!

It’s a fabulous thing with a superb bird design and most likely manufactured in Staffordshire.

It does have a nibble to the rim of the jug, however it is 163 years old, at 101 years younger I have many marks and scars, so it’s not doing too badly.

Measurements: 11.5cm diameter x 17.5cm high
