This is a gorgeous handmade piece, dating from the early 1900’s. 
It’s heavy cotton in a creamy off white colour, then embellished with little hanging droplets which all appear to be present. 
This would look beautiful on a bed or draped over a chair. 
It’s in as found condition and is un-laundered.
