A stunning framed portrait of a lady by F A Oldmeadow. 
Francis Augustus Oldmeadow lived from 1818 to 1858 and was an equestrian and portrait artist. 
Four of his horse paintings were exhibited at the Royal Academy from 1840-47 three of which were commissioned by the Duke of Westminster. 
This lovely lady is framed in a deep black frame which looks stunning with an eyelet on the back for hanging her.
