A very ornate and decorative antique Beatrice Cameron hand carved frame from the arts and crafts era, early 1900’s
Beatrice Cameron was a successful designer and business woman at the turn of the 20th century, when women in business were a rarity. She produced many things, amongst her creations, picture frames in a Byzantine style. 
This gorgeous example holds a lovely religious image I believe depicting Mary. 
Some of the gilding is worn in places, however this does not detract in any way from the beauty of this piece.
