A lovely wax mannequin head with a really sweet face. 
From the early 20th century, French origin. 
These were created for display in haberdashers or milliners, for hats and wigs. As she has already got hair, she would most likely have been designed for hat display. 
She didn’t have a stand, however we thought the one she is sitting on suits her, so is included.
