A wonderful period French set of chiming bells on a thick leather  collar. Held in place with metal hooks. 
Originally a goat collar with 10 bells giving a lovely sleigh bell sound. 
Made by hand and made to last, which they have, surviving more than 100 years. 
Lovely Christmas decor, however a decorative piece all year round.
