A glorious piece of antique treen in the form of a dome topped string dispenser. 
Made from hard wearing Lignum Vitae. 
Circa 1850. 
The photos show on the inside what looks like damage around the rim, however we believe it is possibly original from when it was turned, so not actually damaged. There is nothing to be found on the outer, apart from age related wear.
