Dating from the late 1880’s
A wonderful piece of advertising, from the Victorian era. 
Advertising Keen’s Mustard which was later absorbed by Colmans and is still used as a brand name in Australia and America to this day. 
It boldly boasts being purveyors to the Queen, the Prince of Wales and the Late Napoleon III
As expected it has age related wear, however none of it really affects the branding and so it is still a very decorative sign, extremely rare, possibly unique.
