I found this amazing, extremely heavy antique revolving piano stool with metal ball and claw feet in France. 
It is late 1800’s and the top swivels to adjust the height. 
The patina of the paintwork really attracted my attention, it’s wonderfully worn and crazed in places, which gives it so much character. I love all the detail of the turned wood legs. 
It is the perfect extra seat, for sitting at the end of the table or in the kitchen at the island, especially for a little person, who needs a little extra height. Alternatively use it as a side table for your cup and a lamp.
