This little fella is such a cutie. 
He is known as a Frozen Molly, this is because his arms and legs nor head move. 
The plinth he stands on stays
“Ise all dicky” which means he’s not feeling very well. An old British phrase. 
He is circa 1920, so he’s looking good for an 100 year old guy!
