A magnificent french plaster mask from early 1800’s. 
Possibly depicting a Greek God, he is made of horse hair and lime plaster. 
He has had many battle scars over his very long life, however he still looks good! Some of his scars have had repairs at various times of his existence and some have been left, all of which make this totally glorious male specimen what he is. 
Quite possibly unique, he would look splendid in a vintage or contemporary home.
