A lovely vintage delivery crate for Brown & Polson’s Paisley Flour. 
 
Circa early 1900's, these are getting very hard to find in such good condition.
 
On the top of the lid, this one still has part of the instructions label for the shopkeeper.
 
It would have been displayed within the shop possibly on the counter containing 74 packets of flour!
 
In excellent condition considering its age. The labels are very good and it’s a useful size. Perfect for holding the condiments and cutlery in the kitchen.
