This is a beautiful original Jacoll Hats mannequin, which would have been displayed in a milliners shop. Circa 1930’s
The name Jacoll would have been on her dress, however this has worn off over her lifetime. She has also had a repair done to her head where at some point she must have been damaged. 
None of this detracts from her timeless beauty and she still looks as elegant today as she did when she was pride of place for all to see her.
