A rare Victorian era changing basket. 
We believe this would have been used to hold the nappies and pins etc. All the paraphernalia for cleaning and changing the baby and would have matched the bassinets of that period in the nursery. 
It has the perfect chippy paint to the frame and the basket sat on the top. 
The frame runs on ceramic castors, the basket can be removed and the frame folded to store away. 
A glorious addition to the bathroom with towels, bottles, coral and soaps in.
