These lasts can be found fairly easily with a straight leg, however amongst the many that I have seen, I have never seen one with a bulbous turned leg like this one! A great example of antique folk art. 
Used when making long boots, the top still has the cobblers original nails in. 
A truly delightful decorative piece and a great door stop. There are signs of historic wood worm, however these are long gone.
