We love this crudely made folk art candle box, at least that is what we saw it as. It could have been made for a completely different purpose.

Whatever it was made for, the materials used were things that were to hand! The lid is stiff galvanised metal, which gives this wooden construction an even more primitive appearance.

We love these unique pieces, you will never find another box the same as this one!
