A rare survivor from Victorian times.
A porcelain pull handle bearing the word OPEN! 
This would originally have hung on the cords of a large pair of curtains/drapes the other reading close! 
Now it would look quirky on a blind or equally as good on a light pull in the loo if you prefer an original handle rather than a reproduced model. 
It has a few nibbles, however nothing sharp.
