A Fantastic Vintage Offertry Box
An unusual little vintage piece.
It probably started out in life as a church offertory box, then some bright spark decided to hand paint the side and use it for collecting donations for the HEREFORD CITY BAND.
When discovered, it had a St. John’s Ambulance Red Cross label covering the lovely old lettering.
In great condition and the slot to remove the coins still works.
On the back is a handle, making it easy for the collectors to carry around and shove under the noses of the audience/passers by!
A great conversation starter, which can double as a place to collect your loose change!
Measurements: 21cm wide x 14cm deep (27cm including the handle) x 14cm high in
